Is this from TradingView?

No. ProEA Lab is independent and has no relationship with TradingView. Every TradingView fact comes from TradingView's own pages, dated, and where those pages disagree on something the guide uses, it says so.

Which plan does it assume?

None. Each chapter says what every plan allows, and chapters 1 and 2 are about paying for the right one, or fitting more on the one you have. The templates load on every plan; alerts on them need Essential (Basic has no technical alerts or webhooks), and the Pine Screener template needs Premium or Ultimate to use as a screener.

What do I get, and how?

One PDF, 30 pages, A4, readable on a phone, a tablet or paper. After payment the download is on the confirmation page and stays in your account, so you can download it again anytime.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days if you haven't downloaded the PDF yet. Downloading it ends the refund, since the guide is then yours. A broken or incomplete file is refunded at any time.
