Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or installing a ProEA expert advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProEA is operated by ProEA Quant Ltd.
2. License grant
ProEA grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the MTR FullSystemEA source code and to the TradeLens self-hosted download edition: install, compile, and run them on an unlimited number of MT5 accounts and machines you own or personally operate, and modify them for your own trading. These perpetual rights apply to products purchased outright. Membership access is governed by §9 and §9a; standalone TradeLens Cloud billing is governed by §8. Redistribution and resale are restricted under §3.
3. Restrictions
You may not publicly redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the MTR FullSystemEA source code or any compiled build of it — in whole or in substantial part — nor list it on any code or EA marketplace. Modifying it and using it internally within your own trading operation is permitted. Violations result in license termination without refund.
4. Refund policy
Our Refund Policy is the authoritative and controlling document; this clause is only a summary and the Refund Policy prevails on any conflict. In short: a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of the Stripe receipt timestamp ONLY while you have not yet downloaded the source-code ZIP. Once any successful download completes from your entitled link, the source code is delivered property and the purchase is non-refundable — except for material defects in the delivered bundle, which remain refundable at any time. Chargeback handling is described in the Refund Policy.
5. Risk acknowledgment
Trading CFDs and derivatives carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ProEA provides software, not investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
ProEA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service or the software is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via /account/delete (PDPA-compliant cascade). We may terminate access for violations after written notice.
8. TradeLens Cloud subscription
TradeLens Cloud is an optional hosted subscription, separate from the one-time downloads. It is billed monthly through Stripe at USD $29 per month; a promotional first-month price of $19 may apply to new subscribers. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (a 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month). We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
9. All-Access Monthly subscription
All-Access Monthly is an optional subscription, separate from the one-time purchases described in §2. While it is active it gives you access to every downloadable product in the ProEA catalogue, including The Watch, and to products added to that catalogue during your subscription. It is billed monthly through Stripe at USD $39 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. A promotional first-month price of USD $35 may apply if you claim a first-month offer on our pricing page before subscribing; the offer must be used within the time shown on that page, and if it expires unused it cannot be claimed again for 24 hours. Any promotional price applies to your first payment only — every renewal after it is USD $39 per month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. All-Access Monthly is access for as long as you subscribe, not a purchase: when the subscription ends, your licence to the products you did not separately buy ends with it. Products you purchased outright, before or during your subscription, remain yours permanently under §2, and subscribing does not change, replace, or refund any purchase you already made. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on the same condition as the Refund Policy: it ends as soon as you download any file. Where we refund substantially all of a payment, access ends with the refund. We may change the price of All-Access Monthly with at least 30 days' notice, and a change applies to subscriptions started on or after the date it takes effect. A subscription that started before the change continues at the price it started at for as long as it stays active; cancelling and subscribing again starts a new subscription at the price current on that day. Active All-Access Monthly also includes hosted ProEA services, including TradeLens Cloud and Agent Studio, without an additional ProEA subscription; third-party service charges and published tool usage limits still apply.
9a. Academy Premium membership
Academy Premium is an optional ProEA membership with a new standard price of USD $79 per month. The launch offer automatically applies a USD $30 monthly discount through Stripe: you pay USD $49 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. The discount applies to the first charge and every monthly renewal while that same subscription remains active; it is not a first-month-only offer. No coupon code is required. If the subscription ends, any later subscription uses the offer available at that time. This standard price is newly established, not a claim that this membership was previously sold at USD $79. Existing Academy Premium subscribers keep the price and terms they started with; this offer does not reprice their subscriptions. It includes the ProEA downloadable product catalogue and hosted ProEA services, including TradeLens Cloud and Agent Studio, while access is active. Existing active All-Access Monthly members receive this access without a second subscription and keep their original plan and renewal price. Third-party subscriptions, broker fees and external service charges are not included; each tool's published usage limits still apply. Current free Academy training remains available without this membership. Cancel from your account or the Stripe billing portal to stop future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for, then membership access ends. Failed payments, refunds and disputes can suspend or revoke access under the existing subscription rules. Separate one-time purchases remain yours under §2. The first-payment and renewal refund rules in Refund Policy §9 also apply to Academy Premium. Practice balances, ranks and results are simulated and do not establish or guarantee live trading performance.
9b. Edge Hunt Monthly
Edge Hunt Monthly is an optional subscription at USD $15 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. While it is active it gives you access to the Edge Hunt research room on ProEA: the published episodes and their data files, the morning cheat sheets, the season rules and audit trail, and the Edge Map indicator source for TradingView, for use on your own charts. It does not include the ProEA product catalogue, Academy Premium, TradeLens Cloud, Agent Studio or any other subscription. Edge Hunt is research into how markets behaved in the past: it does not claim a profitable trading system, and nothing in it is a forecast, a signal or a trade recommendation. Complete Suite owners and members with another active ProEA subscription already have Edge Hunt and cannot add this subscription. Cancel from your account or the Stripe billing portal to stop future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for, then ends. Failed payments, refunds and disputes can suspend or revoke access under the existing subscription rules. Refund Policy §9b applies.
10. Governing law
