Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or installing a ProEA expert advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProEA is operated by ProEA Quant Ltd.
2. License grant
ProEA grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the MTR FullSystemEA source code: install, compile, and run it on an unlimited number of MT5 accounts you own or personally operate, and modify it for your own trading. There are no tiers, seats, or subscription — this is a single one-time purchase. Redistribution and resale are restricted under §3.
3. Restrictions
You may not publicly redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the MTR FullSystemEA source code or any compiled build of it — in whole or in substantial part — nor list it on any code or EA marketplace. Modifying it and using it internally within your own trading operation is permitted. Violations result in license termination without refund.
4. Refund policy
Our Refund Policy is the authoritative and controlling document; this clause is only a summary and the Refund Policy prevails on any conflict. In short: a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of the Stripe receipt timestamp ONLY while you have not yet downloaded the source-code ZIP. Once any successful download completes from your entitled link, the source code is delivered property and the purchase is non-refundable — except for material defects in the delivered bundle, which remain refundable at any time. Chargeback handling is described in the Refund Policy.
5. Risk acknowledgment
Trading CFDs and derivatives carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ProEA provides software, not investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
ProEA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service or the software is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via /account/delete (PDPA-compliant cascade). We may terminate access for violations after written notice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go through SIAC arbitration in Singapore. Questions? Email legal@pulltrade.app or use the in-app support widget.
