Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or installing a ProEA expert advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProEA is operated by ProEA Quant Ltd.
2. License grant
ProEA grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the MTR FullSystemEA source code and to the TradeLens self-hosted download edition: install, compile, and run them on an unlimited number of MT5 accounts and machines you own or personally operate, and modify them for your own trading. These downloadable products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. TradeLens Cloud — the optional hosted edition — is a separate monthly subscription governed by §8. Redistribution and resale are restricted under §3.
3. Restrictions
You may not publicly redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the MTR FullSystemEA source code or any compiled build of it — in whole or in substantial part — nor list it on any code or EA marketplace. Modifying it and using it internally within your own trading operation is permitted. Violations result in license termination without refund.
4. Refund policy
Our Refund Policy is the authoritative and controlling document; this clause is only a summary and the Refund Policy prevails on any conflict. In short: a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of the Stripe receipt timestamp ONLY while you have not yet downloaded the source-code ZIP. Once any successful download completes from your entitled link, the source code is delivered property and the purchase is non-refundable — except for material defects in the delivered bundle, which remain refundable at any time. Chargeback handling is described in the Refund Policy.
5. Risk acknowledgment
Trading CFDs and derivatives carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ProEA provides software, not investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
ProEA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service or the software is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via /account/delete (PDPA-compliant cascade). We may terminate access for violations after written notice.
8. TradeLens Cloud subscription
TradeLens Cloud is an optional hosted subscription, separate from the one-time downloads. It is billed monthly through Stripe at USD $29 per month; a promotional first-month price of $19 may apply to new subscribers. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (a 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month). We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
9. All-Access Monthly subscription
All-Access Monthly is an optional subscription, separate from the one-time purchases described in §2. While it is active it gives you access to every downloadable product in the ProEA catalogue, including The Watch, and to products added to that catalogue during your subscription. It is billed monthly through Stripe at USD $14 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. All-Access Monthly is access for as long as you subscribe, not a purchase: when the subscription ends, your licence to the products you did not separately buy ends with it. Products you purchased outright, before or during your subscription, remain yours permanently under §2, and subscribing does not change, replace, or refund any purchase you already made. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on the same condition as the Refund Policy: it ends as soon as you download any file. Where we refund substantially all of a payment, access ends with the refund. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect on your next renewal. TradeLens Cloud (§8) is a separate service with its own subscription and is not included.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go through SIAC arbitration in Singapore. Questions? Email legal@pulltrade.app or use the in-app support widget.
