The TTrades Fractal Model alternative with source you keep

TTrades sells its Fractal Model indicator, built with toodegrees as Fractal Model [Pro+], from $45 a month or $438 a year; it also comes with TTrades' mentorship and with toodegrees' $120-a-month Elite Collection on TradingView. Every route is a subscription, access is granted to your TradingView username, and the source stays closed. Fractal Model Desk is our own, independent build of the same public model, with its full Pine v6 source and a Strategy Lab twin, in Pine Pro Library at $49 once. Theirs automates more of the model and comes with TTrades' course; ours is code you can read, test and keep.

What three years cost

TTrades prices as published on ttrades.com/fractal-model-indicator/ on 2026-10-25. Each 3-year total is that price multiplied out, nothing else.

PlanPublished price3-year cost
TTrades indicator, monthly$45/mo$1,620 monthly
TTrades indicator, yearly$438/yr$1,314 yearly
TTrades Pro+ in toodegrees' Elite Collection (18 tools)$120/mo$4,320 monthly
Pine Pro Library (19 desks)$49 once$49
ProEA Complete Suite$97 once$97

TTrades also sells a quarterly plan, $120 every 3 months; all three of its plans give the same access and leave out the mentorship. The Elite Collection is toodegrees' Paid Space on TradingView, and its $120 a month buys 18 Pro+ indicators, not only the Fractal Model. Totals leave out any tax and assume today's prices.

When TTrades is the better pick

  • You want TTrades' own tool: TTrades sells it, and the Pro+ page says it was crafted with TTrades.
  • You want more of the model automated: automatic bias, automatic SMT, T-Spot, candle equilibrium and time filters, none of which Fractal Model Desk does.
  • You want to learn the model from its author: TTrades' indicator plans include an indicator course and a Discord channel, and its mentorship adds the full course.

FAQ

How much is the TTrades Fractal Model indicator?

On 2026-10-25 TTrades sold it for $45 a month, $120 every 3 months or $438 a year, mentorship not included. It also came with TTrades' mentorship and with toodegrees' Toodegrees Elite Collection on TradingView, $120 a month for 18 Pro+ indicators. Fractal Model Desk is in Pine Pro Library, $49 once.

Is there a TTrades Fractal Model course?

It comes with a purchase. On 2026-10-25 every TTrades indicator plan included an "Indicator course and resources", and TTrades' mentorship, $150 a month or $1,500 a year, included the "Fractal Model Indicator and Course". TTrades says both are non-refundable. Our explainer of the model, built from TTrades' public articles, is on the ProEA blog.

Is Fractal Model Desk the same as TTrades' Fractal Model indicator?

No. It is our own, independent build of the model from TTrades' public material, not TTrades' or toodegrees' code, and we have no relationship with TTrades. Both use the model's terms (C1, C2, CISD, C3 and C4); the logic, settings and output are ours, and TTrades' indicator automates more of the model.

Can I see the source code of TTrades' indicator?

No: access is granted to your TradingView username and the script stays closed. On TradingView it is a Paid Space script, which TradingView describes as invite-only. Fractal Model Desk's full Pine v6 source comes with Pine Pro Library, to read, change and keep: its files carry the MIT licence they were first released under.

What does TTrades' indicator do that Fractal Model Desk doesn't?

Automatic bias, automatic SMT, T-Spot, candle equilibrium, formation liquidity and time filters. Fractal Model Desk leaves the bias and the point of interest to you.

Does the Fractal Model work?

We coded the public model as rules and tested 108 versions on 7 markets from January 2018 to September 2026. Before costs it was a coin flip, and no version passed after costs. That tests the mechanical model, not TTrades' indicator and not a trader's own judgement.

What happens if I cancel?

TTrades says you keep access through the rest of the billing period you paid for, and TradingView's Paid Spaces terms say the same for the Elite Collection. Pine Pro Library files you have downloaded keep working; there is nothing to cancel.

How we check an indicator for repainting

  1. Freeze. Screenshot the right edge with the version, inputs and time visible.
  2. Reload. Let several bars close, reload the chart and compare the same window.
  3. Replay. Step through and note when each marker first appears, not just where it is drawn.
  4. Alert receipts. Set once-per-bar-close alerts and compare their times with the chart.

With the source open you can also look for higher-timeframe requests that read ahead and markers plotted into the past. The full method is our 20-minute repaint audit. Run it on TTrades' tools and on ours.
