1. Trading derivatives carries substantial risk
CFDs and forex are leveraged products. You can lose more than your initial deposit on some accounts (depending on your broker's negative balance protection). Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
2. Past performance is not indicative
All performance figures shown on ProEA — equity curves, win rates, profit factors, drawdowns — are HISTORICAL backtest results from MT5 Strategy Tester (IC Markets cap=5 reference, Exness Tier 2 demo). They do NOT guarantee future returns. Markets change. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. EA performance depends on environment
Slippage, broker spread, latency, VPS uptime, and news events all affect real-world results. The same EA on different brokers will produce different (often worse than backtest) outcomes.
4. Verification scope
Our 'verified' label refers to package + file integrity (verify the sale ZIP with verify_package.ps1 SHA-256), and that every published figure traces to a real MT5 Strategy-Tester run on a named .ini config. Those runs are MODELLED (Model=0 = MT5-generated ticks) and are NOT reproducible as a fixed number — they vary with the broker's stored history and account leverage (the same config has run 166×–575×). It does NOT mean the EA will perform similarly on YOUR live account — broker spread, latency, and market conditions all materially affect real results.
5. Not investment advice
ProEA sells trading software. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. Decisions to use any EA are yours alone. Consult a licensed financial adviser if uncertain.
