The5ers sells four forex and CFD evaluations (High Stakes, Pro Growth, Hyper Growth, Bootcamp), a limited-time Summer Plan and a futures line. High Stakes, the 2-Step, asks 10% then 5% (8% then 5% on Classic), with a 5% daily loss off the higher of balance or equity at 00:00 server time, a static 10% maximum loss and 3 profitable days; the $50K and $100K cards show 4% and 8%. Funded accounts pay every 14 days.

How The5ers measures daily and maximum loss
The daily loss isn't a fixed dollar amount. At 00:00 MT5 server time (GMT+2, GMT+3 in summer) The5ers takes "the closing equity or balance of your previous day (the highest between them)" and puts the floor 5% under it on High Stakes, 3% on Pro Growth and the Summer Plan. The5ers' own example: equity of $110,000 at 23:59 makes the day's maximum loss $5,500, so "if your equity goes below $104,500 your account will close." With a floating loss instead, "the snapshot will be taken from the $105K Level (Balance)."
The maximum loss is static: a $5,000 High Stakes account closes "below the equity level of $4,500," however high it has been. Reaching either limit ends a High Stakes account.
Day 6: 5% of $9,200 reaches $8,740, under the $9,000 Maximum Loss. The static floor binds: $200 of room.
Illustrative balances, not market data: all six days are invented. The rules are The5ers', as quoted in the daily and maximum loss section and read 2026-10-17: a daily floor 5% under the higher of the 00:00 balance and equity, and a static Maximum Loss 10% under the initial balance.
Rule: daily floor = the 00:00 snapshot (the higher of balance and equity) − 5% of it; Maximum Loss = the initial balance − 10% ($9,000), static. Equity reaching either ends the account, so the higher one binds.
Read as text
- Day 1 (invented): balance $10,000, equity $10,000 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $10,000. Daily floor $10,000 − $500 = $9,500; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the daily floor, $500 away.
- Day 2 (invented): balance $10,200, equity $10,600 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $10,600. Daily floor $10,600 − $530 = $10,070; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the daily floor, $530 away.
- Day 3 (invented): balance $10,300, equity $10,100 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $10,300. Daily floor $10,300 − $515 = $9,785; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the daily floor, $515 away.
- Day 4 (invented): balance $9,900, equity $9,900 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $9,900. Daily floor $9,900 − $495 = $9,405; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the daily floor, $495 away.
- Day 5 (invented): balance $9,600, equity $9,600 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $9,600. Daily floor $9,600 − $480 = $9,120; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the daily floor, $480 away.
- Day 6 (invented): balance $9,200, equity $9,200 at 00:00; the snapshot is the higher, $9,200. Daily floor $9,200 − $460 = $8,740; Maximum Loss $9,000, static. The tighter is the Maximum Loss, $200 away.
Breach: equity reaches the daily floor, $10,070. The5ers closes the account at either limit.
Snapshots and floors from the film's six invented days, under The5ers' High Stakes rules as quoted on this page, read 2026-10-17. The worst moment is equity against the 00:00 snapshot, the higher of balance and equity; touching a floor counts as a breach here. Slippage past a floor isn't modelled.
It opens on Day 2: a −$600 worst moment from the $10,600 snapshot leaves $10,000, under the $10,070 daily floor. That's a breach with equity only $200 under the day's closed balance.
Six invented days on a $10,000 High Stakes account; the Maximum Loss floor is $9,000 throughout.
| Day | Balance at 00:00 | Equity at 00:00 | Snapshot, the higher | Daily loss, 5% of it | Daily floor | Tighter floor | Room from the snapshot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $10,000 | $10,000 | $10,000 | $500 | $9,500 | $9,500 | $500 |
| 2 | $10,200 | $10,600 | $10,600 | $530 | $10,070 | $10,070 | $530 |
| 3 | $10,300 | $10,100 | $10,300 | $515 | $9,785 | $9,785 | $515 |
| 4 | $9,900 | $9,900 | $9,900 | $495 | $9,405 | $9,405 | $495 |
| 5 | $9,600 | $9,600 | $9,600 | $480 | $9,120 | $9,120 | $480 |
| 6 | $9,200 | $9,200 | $9,200 | $460 | $8,740 | $9,000 | $200 |
On Day 2 a trade open at midnight with $400 of profit lifts the floor to $10,070, $130 under the closed balance. On Day 3 an open trade is $200 down, so the snapshot takes the balance and equity starts the day only $315 above the floor.
An open profit at midnight raises the day's floor; an open loss doesn't lower it.In our daily loss limit calculator, Day 2 with the snapshot as baseline ($10,600, rule 5) and −$400 of floating P&L reads $130: the room left once the open $400 has gone back to zero. By Day 6, 5% of the snapshot reaches below $9,000 and the static floor binds.

The5ers High Stakes rules
High Stakes is two steps on a demo account. New and Classic differ in the Step 1 target and the price; the loss rules and Step 2 match.
| Account | New: price, Step 1 target | Classic: price, Step 1 target | Daily loss | Maximum loss | Funded payout cap and minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $19, 10% | $22, 8% | 5% | 10% | Not listed |
| $5,000 | $35, 10% | $39, 8% | 5% | 10% | Not listed |
| $10,000 | $69, 10% | $78, 8% | 5% | 10% | Not listed |
| $25,000 | $176, 10% | $195, 8% | 5% | 10% | Not listed |
| $50,000 | $249, 10% | $279, 8% | 4% | 8% | $3,000 cap, $300 minimum P&L |
| $100,000 | $405, 10% | $455, 8% | 4% | 8% | $4,000 cap, $500 minimum P&L |
The $50K and $100K rows are the plan cards; the loss FAQs (edited 2026-09-15) say 5% and 10% at every size.
- Profitable days: 3 per step, and 3 again for each scale-up. A day counts when "the closed positions made a positive profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance," measured as the lower of midnight balance and midnight equity minus the previous day's balance: $500 on $100,000.
- Rewards on the way: Step 1 pays a $2 to $40 reward by size plus 10% of the fee in Hub Credit, Step 2 another 20%. The other 70% of the fee joins the funded account's equity, withdrawable with the first payout once the account is 14 days old with $150 of profit.
- Scaling: every 10% grows the account, up to $500,000. The split is 80% to $150,000, 85% at $175,000 and $200,000, 90% at $250,000 and $300,000, then 100% plus a $4,000 monthly fixed payout from $350,000 and $10,000 at $500,000.
- Leverage and activity: 1:100, cut to 1:5 on oil on funded $50K and $100K accounts "until further notice." An evaluation expires after 30 days without a trade, a funded account after 60.

The5ers Hyper Growth and Pro Growth rules
Both sit on the "1 Step | Growth" page with a 10% target at every level and a static stop-out 6% under the initial balance. The daily line differs.
| Pro Growth | Hyper Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Sizes and one-time fee | $5K $52, $10K $98, $20K $189, $50K $329 | $5K $260, $10K $450, $20K $850 |
| Daily limit | 3% Daily Loss: the account ends | 3% Daily Pause: trades close, the account reopens at 00:00 |
| Minimum days | 3 profitable days in Step 1 | None |
| Each 10% target | The next size in the scaling table ($5,000, $7,500, $10,000…) | The balance doubles, up to $4,000,000 |
| Split | 75%; 80% at $350,000; up to 100% from $400,000 | 50% at $5K to $20K; 75% from $40,000; 80% to 100% from $640,000 |
Both daily lines use the High Stakes snapshot: The5ers' example puts a $10,500 midnight balance's pause at $10,185. Leverage is 1:30, Hyper Growth evaluations are capped at $40,000 per trader, and its fee is non-refundable.
Sources, checked 2026-10-17: the Growth cards (both toggles) and scaling tables, Daily Pause (edited 2026-07-30), the Hyper Growth program (2026-08-10) and its scaling (2026-07-31).
The5ers Bootcamp rules
Bootcamp is three steps on smaller balances, then the full account, paid partly up front and the rest on passing.
| Account | Step 1, 2 and 3 balances | Pay to start | Pay on passing | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $20K | $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 | $22 | $50 | $72 |
| $100K | $25,000, $50,000, $75,000 | $95 | $205 | $300 |
| $250K | $100,000, $150,000, $200,000 | $225 | $350 | $575 |
Each step needs 6% with a 5% maximum loss and no daily limit. The funded account has a 5% target to scale, a 4% maximum loss and a 3% daily pause. The split starts at 50%, moves to 75% after the first scale-up, 80% at $2M and 100% from $2.5M to $4M. You may hold four Bootcamp accounts, "Each account must have a different trading method," and the fee is non-refundable.

Does The5ers have a consistency rule?
Not on High Stakes, Pro Growth, Hyper Growth or Bootcamp: their plan cards and FAQs list none. Two lines have one.
- Summer Plan, 50% per day. The 1-Step applies it in evaluation and funded; the 2-Step "only on the Funded account." The formula is "(Best trading day ÷ profits from profitable days) × 100," and the general consistency FAQ counts a day's winning trades only, losers not deducted.
- Futures, 40% per trade. "A single trade can't account for more than 40% of your total profits," and "This rule applies on funded accounts as well." The5ers' example on 50K: a $1,600 trade needs $1,600 ÷ 0.40 = $4,000 of total profit.
Going over doesn't fail the account; it holds back the pass, payout or scale-up until the share falls back under the limit. A general FAQ adds that "Some accounts may have a 30% Consistency Rule" depending on "account type or region," without naming them. Our consistency calculator runs either threshold.

The5ers payout rules
Funded accounts pay every 14 days: the first request 14 days after the funded account starts, the next 14 days after the last approved one, and the clock restarts when you scale. Close every trade first.
| Program | Minimum | Cap per payout | Fee back |
|---|---|---|---|
| High Stakes | $150 after the split; $300 or $500 of P&L on $50K or $100K | $3,000 or $4,000 on $50K or $100K | 70%, with the first payout |
| Pro Growth, Hyper Growth, Bootcamp | $150 | Not listed | Hyper Growth and Bootcamp: non-refundable |
| Summer Plan | $250 | $2,000 ($3,000 on $200K) | 1-Step 90%, 2-Step 70%, both at the third payout |
| Futures | 4% of the balance | 3% | 100%, at the third payout |
- Methods: Rise, crypto (up to $1,500 a request) and bank transfer cost 3.5%; Hub Credits and Trade Set Go, a partner broker (help article edited 2026-10-14), cost nothing.
- Timing: review usually takes 24–48 business hours and approved payouts are "typically processed in up to 3 business days."
- Large payouts: above a threshold it sets, The5ers may pay in weekly installments of at most $10,000.

News, weekends, EAs and copy trading
- News: on High Stakes no order may execute from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news (Forex Factory, server time), pending orders included. It's a "soft breach": the profit is deducted, the loss stays yours. The Summer Plan prohibits the same 2 minutes either side without naming a penalty. Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp allow news trading except bracketing, a buy stop and a sell stop placed around the release.
- Overnight and weekends: allowed by the general FAQ and the High Stakes, Growth and Bootcamp pages; indices and oil carry high weekend swaps.
- EAs: "You can use any EA you have" if it doesn't copy someone else's signals, tick scalp, arbitrage, trade at high frequency or use emulators, and "the trader must own the source code." A stop-loss, if you use one, must be visible. The prohibited list adds EAs that scalp the rollover or flood the server with requests.
- Copy trading: the general FAQ allows copying your own trades "across all of your accounts," with each Bootcamp account on a different strategy. Hyper Growth (not once you manage $500K across all programs), the Summer Plan (between your own Summer Plan accounts) and futures ($25K and $50K accounts, up to $75,000 in total) add their own terms; High Stakes and Pro Growth publish none of their own. Copying anyone else is banned.

The5ers Futures rules
The futures line sells a Day Trade and a Swing evaluation in two sizes on BlackArrow, each for a one-time fee with no activation fee.
| Day Trade | Swing | |
|---|---|---|
| Price, $25K / $50K | $59 / $100 | $69 / $120, labelled "Summer Plan Price" |
| Contracts, $25K / $50K | 2 minis or 20 micros / 4 minis or 40 micros | Same |
| Overnight | Flat 10 minutes before the close | Up to 1 mini or 10 micros |
- Drawdown: 4%, end of day, "calculated from your highest midnight balance or equity," in evaluation and funded. After each withdrawal it resets to 4% under the new balance.
- Targets: 6% to pass, possibly in one day if the 40% rule holds; funded payouts need 4% profit from the initial balance and an account at least 14 days old, then pay 80/20.
- Scaling: each 10% raises the balance 5% and the limit by 1 mini and 10 micros, up to $500K.
- Conduct: news trading allowed, no weekend holding, an evaluation trade at least every 14 days, and "Taking high-frequency or algorithmic actions, and hedging, are not supported." Commissions are $5.00 per side on "most standard futures," $2.50 on micros.
Sources, checked 2026-10-17: the Futures cards and program specification; the futures FAQs on general rules (edited 2026-10-12), drawdown (2026-07-15), payout requirements (2026-09-28), caps (2026-10-16) and activity (2026-08-10).
Where do The5ers' own pages disagree?
- High Stakes $50K and $100K. The plan cards show a 4% daily loss and an 8% maximum loss. The loss FAQs say 5% and 10% with no exception, and the drawdown FAQ's $100K example uses 5%. Ask support which applies before you buy.
- The $100K High Stakes fee. The payout FAQ's example says "a 100K account which costs $545"; the cards show $405 (New) and $455 (Classic).
- Hyper Growth at $10K and $20K. The scaling table pays 50%; the scaling FAQ says funded accounts move to 75% "(includes 10K and 20 K funded)."
- Pro Growth accounts. One FAQ (edited 2026-09-15) allows four, $50K included; the general one (2026-07-22) allows three, without $50K.
- Futures consistency. The card and most FAQs measure one trade; other FAQs speak of the "best trading day." One FAQ takes net P&L, another counts winning trades only.
- Futures drawdown. The $50,200 example keeps the limit $2,000 under the high, 4% of the $50,000 start; the withdrawal FAQ takes 4% of the current balance ($55,000 to $52,800).
- The Day Trade cut-off. 4:50 PM ET on the program page (its weekend rule), 4:50 PM CT in the market-hours FAQ, 4:50 PM CET in the overnight FAQ.
- Touching the floor. "If your equity goes below $104,500" versus "Reaching any of these limits." Our check counts touching as a breach.
- Swing's price. The card calls $69 and $120 a "Summer Plan Price." One futures FAQ (edited 2026-07-21) says the offer runs "through the end of summer"; another (2026-07-23) calls them "permanent price drops".
- The Summer 1-Step's daily loss. Its rules FAQ says "3% of the previous day's closing balance"; the daily-loss FAQ takes the higher of end-of-day equity or balance.

Frequently asked questions
What are The5ers High Stakes rules?
Two steps with no time limit: a 10% then 5% profit target on New, 8% then 5% on Classic, and at least 3 profitable days per step, each with closed profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance. The daily loss is 5% and the maximum loss a static 10%, but the $50K and $100K plan cards show 4% and 8%. Funded accounts scale on every 10% and pay 80%, rising to 100%.
How is The5ers daily loss calculated?
At 00:00 MT5 server time The5ers takes the higher of your balance and your equity and sets the floor 5% under it on High Stakes, 3% on Pro Growth and the Summer Plan. An open profit at midnight raises the floor; an open loss doesn't lower it. The5ers' own example: equity of $110,000 at 23:59 puts the floor at $104,500.
Does The5ers have a consistency rule?
Not on High Stakes, Pro Growth, Hyper Growth or Bootcamp: their plan cards and FAQs list none. The limited-time Summer Plan has a 50% best-day rule (1-Step: evaluation and funded; 2-Step: funded only), and The5ers Futures has a 40% rule, measured per trade, in evaluation and funded. Going over holds back a pass, payout or scale-up until the share falls back; it doesn't fail the account.
When does The5ers pay out, and what is the profit split?
The first payout can be requested 14 days after the funded account starts, then every 14 days, and scaling restarts the clock. The minimum is $150 on the standard CFD programs, $250 on the Summer Plan and 4% of the balance on futures. High Stakes starts at 80%, Pro Growth at 75%, Bootcamp at 50%, futures at 80%. Rise, crypto and bank transfers cost 3.5%.
What are The5ers Hyper Growth and Pro Growth rules?
Both are 1-step: a 10% target at every level and a static 6% stop-out. Hyper Growth's 3% Daily Pause closes your trades and reopens the account the next day, with no minimum days, and the balance doubles at each target. Pro Growth's 3% Daily Loss ends the account, and its Step 1 needs 3 profitable days.
What are The5ers Bootcamp rules?
Three steps at a 6% target each, with a 5% maximum loss and no daily limit, then a funded account with a 5% target to scale, a 4% maximum loss and a 3% daily pause. You pay $22, $95 or $225 to start and $50, $205 or $350 on passing, for the $20K, $100K or $250K account.
Can you trade news or use EAs with The5ers?
On High Stakes and the Summer Plan no order may execute from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news, and on High Stakes profit from such a trade is deducted. Pro Growth, Hyper Growth and Bootcamp allow news trading except bracketing. EAs are allowed on the CFD programs if you own the source code and any stop-loss is visible; The5ers Futures forbids algorithmic trading.
What are The5ers Futures rules?
Day Trade or Swing, $25K or $50K, from $59 to $120 (Swing's card calls its price a Summer Plan Price): a 6% evaluation target, a 4% end-of-day drawdown that trails the highest midnight balance or equity, and a 40% consistency rule per trade. Payouts need 4% profit and a 14-day-old funded account, split 80/20 and capped at 3%. Swing may hold 1 mini or 10 micros overnight; neither holds over the weekend.
