Refund Policy
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
All ProEA purchases — single EA tiers (Starter / Pro / Lifetime) and All-Access subscriptions — qualify for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to request
Email refunds@proea.app from your account email. Include the order number from your purchase confirmation. We process refunds within 5 business days; the funds may take 3-10 days to appear in your bank/card.
3. All-Access cancellation
Cancel anytime via /account → Subscription. No pro-rating: you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Within 30 days of first subscription, full refund applies if requested.
4. Lifetime tier refunds
Same 30-day window applies. After 30 days, Lifetime is non-refundable, but license remains valid forever (assuming no Terms violations).
5. Broker / VPS issues
If a broker delists XAUUSD or your VPS fails, that is outside our control. We do not refund for these scenarios but will help you migrate to another supported broker/VPS.
