No error returned, but the result is unknown

What causes it

OrderModify() was given the values the order already has. MQL4's OrderModify page: if unchanged values are passed as the function parameters, the error 1 (ERR_NO_RESULT) is generated. A trailing stop that sends the same level on every tick does this.

How to fix it

Call OrderModify() only when a level actually changed. Compare the new stop loss and take profit (and, for a pending order, its price) with OrderStopLoss(), OrderTakeProfit() and OrderOpenPrice(), each normalized to the symbol's digits with NormalizeDouble(), before the call.
