Off quotes

What causes it

There was no price to fill the order at (off quotes). The MQL4 Book's order script treats 136 as one to get past: it waits for a new tick with RefreshRates() and tries again.

How to fix it

Wait for a new tick, then resend at the fresh price. Loop on RefreshRates() until it returns true, with a short Sleep(), resend at the new Ask or Bid, and cap the number of attempts.

The same error in MT5

MT5 returns it as a trade server code instead: MT5 error 10021: There are no quotes to process the request.
